Double room in cosy modern home

Hey,

I have a second bedroom which would be ideal for someone looking to rent in a modern homely home. The room has built in wardrobes, mirror but no bed.
I do have a 4ft fold up bed with a mattress topper that you are welcome to use though.

The house is fully furnished with a 55 inch TV with virgin, broadband and every kitchen utensil, along with a very comfy L sofa (perfect for lazy Sundays).

It's a very cosy little home, that I want someone to feel comfortable sharing too. I work from home one day a week and clean the house on that day (it’s escapes me from the inbox).
Looking for someone similar to myself who just wants to live in a beautiful home.

Room available from Wednesday 30th September. Rent is £520 and bills are an added £100 a month for broadband, virgin, water, electric, gas and council tax.

Situated only 10/15 minute walk to a Chessington North Station which takes 40 minute to Waterloo. There's also Tesco, Sainsburys, Pizza Hut, Greg, chicken shop all 5 minutes away.
