The house is situated in a quiet modern development, with ample free parking and local amenities such as Doctors, Lidl, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, dry cleaners etc. all less 15mins away.
Chessington South and Chessington North train stations are approx. 10mins walk and we have several Local buses such as K4, 465 and 71 travelling in various directions including Surbiton, Kingston, Epsom. We are also just 8 min drive to junction 9 of M25.
Monthly rental fee with internet and all bills included
We are looking for a non-smoking professional ideally female to rent the room.
