HI we are renting lovely small double/large single room in an amazing detached house in chessington, its spitting distance from the A3 and only a 2 Minute walk from the bus which will take you into Kingston in 18 min and to surbiton in 7 min , this house is a must see, were all a friendly bunch here and would welcome another addition to the house. Age in the house ranges from 22-27. We have nice large communal area's, lounge, Kitchen and a really nice garden. Bill's and Council tax are not inclusive, But they are as Follows:-
Council tax is £40 per month
Bills work out roughly £35 per month on average
Wi-Fi is provided free of charge

This room is available from 14th October, but the current housemate can move out earlier if needed.
