Double room in clean and tidy house!

Hi there!

I am looking for a chilled out friendly housemate to rent out the double room within my modern 3 bed house.

I work Monday-Friday (sometimes Saturdays) from around 7am to 8pm. I use the house to relax when I'm away from work.

I have my two girls (Ruby 8 & Isla 6) over every Wednesday night, and every other weekend. Things can get a little more raucous when they come over!

The 71 bus stop is a 2 minute walk away and Chessington North station is 5-10 minutes. There is a garden and free parking available.

The room is available from March 23rd 2015 and has ample storage space.

All bills (including internet, council tax and cleaner) are included.
