Double room on the Surbiton / Chessington border

Hi.

I have a double room to rent near the Ace of Spades roundabout on the boundary between Surbiton and Chessington. The room is unfurnished and all bills are included in the cost.

The house has all they usual mod-cons including washing machine, dish washer, broadband, etc. Its within a few minutes walk of a tescos and a bus stop that goes to the surrounding area including Surbiton station and Kingston in about 15mins. There is a fantastic garden space, recently refurbished bathroom and kitchen, dining room and living room. There is also high speed broadband, Netflix and a projector. Finally there is off street parking for one car.

A bit about me... I am 35 and I work as a teacher. Im tidy, easy going, unashamedly a bit of a geek :p and like hanging out with friends, cooking and watching films.

I can be available most nights for you to come and have a look around given a bit of notice. Feel free to get in contact if you want to know anything I haven't included here.
