Description
We have a beautiful large double bedroom to rent however there are a few options- as it stands the room is available for £650 a month all bills included to a single person, but I am looking at renting the room to someone for less (£400) if they are will to do light au-pair work a maximum of 2hrs a day, no weekends, optional babysitting (cash in hand) , one cooked meal a day would be provided- I am willing to negotiate hours, rent etc......
IF this appeals to a COUPLE where one partner would be willing to fulfil this "post" then rent would go from being £850 to £600 and once again a meal provided for au-pair. Like previously stated I am willing to negotiate on hours, rent etc!
