Large furnished double room

Attractive, large, sunny, double room with an Ikea Hemnes Day bed which opens to become a comfortable double bed (not extended in the photo or video). Bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe but tricky to photograph.

House facilities include dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and tumble drier with outdoor drying in the summer. Bathroom with bath and shower. Very pretty garden with seating area for alfresco dining. Hammock in the summer. There is a downstairs toilet and cloakroom as well as the upstairs bathroom and toilet combined so no queuing. Other sharer has own shower.

Two warm, friendly people in the house and never a cross word. Have had long term occupants who have been very happy living here.

We are good at recycling and try to be as green as we can (always open to improvement) and we muck in for the cleaning.

Short bus ride to Kingston so convenient for those working or studying there. Chessington North or Surbiton (bus ride) offers easy access to lots of stations including Clapham Junction and Waterloo.
