This is a friendly house with a double room for rent.
This room would suit a professional person looking for somewhere quiet to relax after a hard day at work. Somebody looking to come back to a relaxed environment. Where a dirty teaspoon in the sink is not a sin (we have a dishwasher for that ;-)). Whilst that is not a sin we would like someone that wants to live in a clean house. That wants to feel like that they are coming home of an evening and not just coming back to a room in a rented house.
Unfortunately, this room may not be suitable for shift workers.

Easy access to both the A3 & M25 with excellent transport links too. 1 min to K2 bus stop (20 mins to Surbiton, 25 to Kingston) or 10 min walk to Hook & 10 min bus ride to Surbiton 15 to Kingston. 10 Min walk to Chessington North mainline station.
Close to pubs and restaurants, shops and other local amenities.
Rent includes Broadband and ALL utility bills except phone. Shared use of a large Kitchen and appliances and also shared use of the bathroom and garden (which is currently undergoing some modernisation, but the waterfall is lovely day or night)
