Lovely double unfurnished room in a large 2nd floor flat, located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Chessington. Current flatmates are two very chilled and friendly guys in their late twenties.

Flat has a shared living room, kitchen and separate toilet to bathroom.

Bills are approx. £100 a month on top of rent and they include Sky TV, Broadband, Council Tax, Gas, Electric and Water.

Shops are a 5 minute walk and include boots, Tesco, Greggs and Sainsburys otherwise there is a bus stop at the end of the road, with buses to Surbiton and Kingston every 15 minutes.
