Hey there I’m looking to rent out a room in my apartment. 2 min walk to the station it’s chipstead , it doesn’t come up for some reason .

Everything is furnished I been living here for a year and a bit now all you would need is your bed and your good to go :) loads of wardrobe space

If you work nights you would love it as it’s a really quiet place .

I’m really clean and organised, hopefully you would like this too.

No rules just be happy and easy going and respect each-other .

I work Tuesday - Saturday . I’m out most evenings and normally gym most mornings. I’m off Sunday and Mondays . Normally not in the flat much either.
