Double Bedroom Available in 2 Bedroom House

Hi there,

I am looking for a new occupier for my soon to be spare bedroom in my current rental property. I live in a spacious two bedroom cottage in Chobham, Surrey and my current housemate Is moving out August time.

I am a 24 year old girl and have rented the house for 2 and a half years so far.

The house comprises of two double bedrooms, one shared large bathroom with bath and shower attachment, front room, large dining room / reception room, modern kitchen with all appliances that I have purchased including washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a great size garden to the rear of the property with storage and a driveway for parking 2-3 cars, so parking will not be a problem.

The applicant will need to be okay with cats. I would also prefer a female professional house mate if possible.
