I’m Eloise. I’m a live-in landlord. I have a dog, a sweet good natured cockerpoo.

My current housemate has relocated and so this well decorated, comfortable double room has become available.

It’s a lovely room with a private (not en-suite) bathroom, with a shower and bath. Good water pressure!


The house is always kept clean and tidy. With a cleaner also coming once every 2 weeks. It’s a modern well maintained 2 bedroom house, close to Claygate village centre, which has lovely restaurants and pubs.

Its available for 3 nights per week, during the week. Will suit a commuter needing place to stay during the week.

There is parking available and the house is also 15 mins walk to Claygate station and it’s on the k3 bus route for easy access to surbiton, Esher and Kingston, 17 mins to surbiton, 30 mins to Kingston.

This is only available for a non-smoker.
