Conveniently situated, it’s only 5 minutes walk from Claygate Station and village/local shops. Trains run every 30 mins and gets you into London in 25 - 35 mins (Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and Waterloo).

Only 30 seconds walk from the K3 bus stop which goes to Surbiton and Kingston. If you drive, there is private parking right outside the house.

The house is fully furnished and as the other bedroom has an en suite shower, you will have the main bathroom all to yourself. There is also a third toilet downstairs.

I am a professional who enjoys socialising from time to time but also appreciates quiet time. I appreciate a clean and tidy home and I am looking for a like minded housemate to enjoy this comfy homely environment.

I am also prepared to consider Mon-Fri let with reduced rent.
