Double room with own bathroom in Claygate. The bathroom is for sole use and is downstairs. As landlord I am not at the property full time. I am happy to look at full time or Monday to Friday let. I am sometimes at the house at the weekends and have a small dog who will also be there then (not during the week) There is a cosy lounge with log burner and a good sized kitchen diner. It’s just under 15 minutes walk to Claygate station.
