Double room in Claygate. 5 mins from Railway line

A beautiful family home 2 minutes walk from Claygate Railway line/village shops. The railway service takes 30 mins to Waterloo and the same to Guildford. The train frequency is every 30 mins in both directions. The K3 bus goes to Kingston/Putney every 15 mins and is boarded 5 minutes away from my house.
There is ample street parking on the road.

My spare room has a King sized bed, a chest of drawers, a bed side table/lamp,, a free standing wardrobe and a full length mirror..

There is a truly spectacular view from this room.

There is a double USB socket charger as well as several normal plug sockets. We do only have one bathroom on that floor (to be used by whoever plus 2 others) although there is a cloakroom downstairs with a toilet/hand basin).

We have a large open-plan kitchen with floor to ceiling multi-shelf cupboard space for use, washing machine, dish washer, tumble dryer, double cookers etc.

The kitchen looks out over a very pretty private enclosed garden. There is a breakfast table set back in an alcove in the kitchen. We also have a fortnightly cleaner who's costs are included in your rent plus we have excellent broadband - EE four fibre.

I own a cat, Nosh, he is a one eyed rescue cat who is 4 years of age

This property has truly spectacular views over the acres of woods at the back of the house... great for someone who enjoys running / exercise or just a stroll through spectacular countryside.

This room is for rent by one person, please do not contact me as a couple. Also, with the astronomical cost of Gas & Electricity I am not looking for someone who wishes to continually work from home.
