Room for Rent – Looking for a Friendly, Laid-Back

I’m renting out a room in a lovely property in Cobham, recently decorated and finished to a high standard. The room includes a brand new bed and clothes storage, so it’s completely move-in ready.

The home has a relaxed, welcoming vibe and features a garden, plus a comfortable front room with a large, comfy sofa and a huge TV great for relaxing in the evenings.

I’m looking for someone easygoing, friendly, and fun to live with. Ideally clean, respectful, and responsible, with a good balance of being social while also enjoying their own space.
