I have a double room available in a lovely cottage very close to the center of Cobham(about a 5 minute walk). There is a choice of either a small double at £410/Month or a large double at £515/Month available from the 1st of May. I have lived in this house for the last 18 months and my current housemate is moving out with his girlfriend. I would be very sad to let the house go so I'm looking for a friendly, outgoing and responsible housemate to share this lovely home with me.
The house has a good sized living room and kitchen and has a small patio garden at the back for the summer months.
The nearest bus stop is a 2 minute walk away with regular buses going to Guildford and Kingston, and shops a stones throw away.
The bills including Virgin Media, Council Tax, Water and Gas & Elec come to about £150/Month.
