We are a married couple in our early 30's both working full time as respectable professionals. We are easy going and used to lived in a shared house, so aware of all pros and cons of sharing a house. The room would suit a clean & tidy full time working professional who is a similar minded. We would prefer non smoking person.

A new tenant would be to asked for a month deposit and a monthly payment in advance.
