References required. No smoking, NO SHOES, otherwise fairly relaxed! I have had people lodging with me for a number of years, and we've got on fine. I'm a friendly person but at the same time I respect your privacy and vice versa, I won't be endlessly chatting to you, I go about my things and I'm sure you do the same!

All I ask is they pay their rent on time, don't wear shoes in the house, and make sure they lock up when going out...

Because this is a small room with minimal storage it really would only suit someone for a Monday to Friday let. £85 per week. Rent does have to be paid for all weeks including vacations etc.
