Bills, council tax and broadband/wifi are included in rent, but not telephone.

Two modern bathrooms, one with bath/shower/basin/toilet and one with shower/basin/toilet. Both with good strong showers.

You will have your own fridge and kitchen cupboard storage plus freezer space. Share kitchen, reception room (contains electric piano which you're welcome to use), conservatory/utility room, patio and garden, There is a large washing machine and there are ample laundry drying racks.

Walking distance to Woodmansterne BR (8 mins) or Coulsdon South BR (20 mins) and one minute walk to 434 bus for Coulsdon town centre and Purley station. 166 and 463 bus stop within 5 minute walk and numerous bus routes run through Coulsdon town.. M25 junctions 7 and 8 both within ten minute drive.
