WHAT I'M OFFERING:
Quiet cul-de-sac, family orientated. 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, but only you and I here.
Ground floor double bedroom (3m x 2.9m), bedside table, 6 drawer tall chest, under bed storage, built in wardrobe. Ensuite shower room. I also have a white double ottoman double bed, white bedside table and white 6 drawer wide chest of drawers if you'd prefer that instead. Can swap over from spare bedroom to yours.
Separate living room (3m x 2.7m) for you, also on ground floor. 50” 4K TV with sky movies and entertainment pack.
In the kitchen you have your own fridge freezer and storage.
Free Gym, Tennis Courts, Pool And Sauna (for private village residents only).
All bills included. Allocated parking outside house. CCTV at front and rear of house. Very low crime rate area, but better to be safe than sorry :)
TRANSPORT:
You can drive to Brighton in about 45 mins, or get a train to London Victoria in 25 mins or London Bridge in 20 mins. Train station is about 5 mins drive away or you can walk to the bus stop, which is a 10 mins walk. It’s in zone 6.
ABOUT YOU:
Clean, respectful, easy going. Doesn’t mind my cat (he’s 18 years old, very friendly/affectionate and indoors only). Must have a full time job but no full time working from home or night workers please. No smokers but vaping is okay.
Credit, income and reference checks will be carried out via Vorensys.
ABOUT ME:
I'm 40 years old and I work Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 for a Care Home. I enjoy chilling in front the TV most days after work. Maybe a series (Stranger things, Lucifer, Umbrella academy, The Flash, Top Gear, The Gadget Show, Bake off, BGT, AGT, First dates, anything Marvel etc), home improvement show, movie (pretty much anything including animated, musicals and rom-coms but not horror) or just some music playing. Would be nice to find someone with similar interests who’d like to socialise (not all the time) as opposed to just sharing the same roof and just say Hi every time we walk past each other. Saturday is always prosecco Saturday for me. Crack open a bottle and watch a film or two.
