I'm Harry - Looking for a housemate for my 2 bedroom new build house in Coulsdon. The road is a really nice quiet cul-de-sac, within a 5 minute walking distance to Coulsdon South and Coulsdon Town train stations, and a 30 second walk to all local amenities (Tesco, Waitrose, Aldi, Pub).
The development has another 2 houses and 6 flats - all occupied by young single professionals / couples in their mid 20's and early 30's - so a nice place to meet other like-minded people.
The room is a double room with a built in wardrobe, desk, dressing table, balcony and private bathroom. The house also has an open plan living kitchen area, separate garden, separate office & downstairs toilet.
Looking for a housemate of a similar age, who is equally clean and tidy. Professional preferred. I am really easy to live with and interest wise I am very much into my fitness.
