Hi there, thanks for taking a look at my room! I’m searching for an easy going professional female to share my flat with (Mon-Fri also available). I’m 35 and work full time for a beauty brand in London. I enjoy going for a run, reading, walking the dog, dinner with friends, as well as nights in! The flat is a really great size for 2 people, with an open plan communal lounge/kitchen, a decent sized balcony, 2 double rooms and 2 bathrooms. As well as being close to two train stations for an easy commute to Gatwick and London, we are surrounded by lots of open space with Farthing Downs just up the road, making the location ideal for both city and country life! The bedroom itself is a new build spacious double, currently unfurnished. You would have sole use of the main bathroom (pictured) which is a good size with both a bath and shower. The building development is situated opposite Coulsdon Town train station, or a 8-10 minute walk to Coulsdon South. The building is young and friendly but super quiet; we have some great neighbours who are respectful, helpful and often like to go for a local drink. Parking is available in our private car park at request (*permit cost is £65 per month over and above the room cost)
