We are a family home with 2 young children looking for a tenant to rent out our loft space with en-suite shower room. The room is in very good condition and has a separate area which could be used as a seating/changing area. It contains a king size bed, tv unit, small chests of drawers and hanging rail. There is a garden and kitchen/dining area used by us but can be used by the tenant also.
We are looking for a friendly person who is willing to live within a family environment.
We are less than 5 minutes from coulsdon town train station and 10-15 minutes from coulsdon south train station so great for commuting into London. We are also in walking distance from a number of bus routes with easy access to local shops.
