Hi, my name is Ria. I live in the apartment which is situated in Netherne on the Hill, Surrey. I have a room available due to my flatmate moving abroad. The room is extremely spacious, with an en-suite and two double built-in wardrobes. Located 15 minutes drive from Gatwick Airport, 5 minutes drive from the nearest train station (Coulsdon South) which has fast links to London and Brighton via Southern and Thameslink.

The flat has a large living room, with tall windows that look onto the surrounding green. The living room is furnished already. The flat also has a large kitchen with all appliances. It is a very special apartment, in a quiet area, with older neighbours who are also very quiet.

I work full time, 2 days in the city and 3 days at home. I am looking for someone who also works full time and is a single occupant.

The flat has a secure lobby entrance, roofed parking bay, access to gym and tennis courts which are all included in the rental.

The room is available from December 2021. Rent: £800 per month + bills.
