We have sucessfully hosted lodgers for 5 years now and can be flexible to short or long term or even arrange a lower monthly rent if you are seeking a Mon-Fri only arrangement. I always ensure we have a formal lodger license agreement which works in both our best interests.

Your spacious room is on the top floor of our townhouse, the largest bedroom in the house at 25ft long and as it is the only room on that floor it is very private. The room is furnished with a double bed/desk/storage unit/small sofa/chest of drawers and clothes storage all included if needed. Shared use of kitchen with all appliances and bathroom with bath and shower.
