Coulsdon is a convenient town with shops, restaurants and nearby green-space. The property is close walking distance to Coulsdon South station which has great connections to London Bridge in 21 minutes and Victoria in 30 minutes.

Room 1 is very spacious and everything in this room is new including the double bed with mattress, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and a modern wardrobe. This room is ready to view now.

Room 2 is spacious and everything in this room will be new apart from the built in wardrobes. It comes with a new double bed and mattress, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. (These items have just gone on order so the room will be available to view from 23rd August).

For each Room the rent includes water and council tax. The property is electric and will be split equally between the two rooms, this figure will vary according to the time of year.

The kitchen has new appliances - washing machine, fridge/ freezer, kettle and toaster. There is everything you will need like cooking utensils, air fryer, pans and cutlery which is ready for use when you move in.
