Large double room with oodles of storage

Very Friendly comfy roomy house 🏠 I am looking to welcome someone into an attractive double room . The room you would be renting is a furnished double room. The bathroom has a shower toilet and a bath and you would only share this with one other person. The house is attractive throughout with a large garden, garage and driveway.
There is wifi which of course you can use, and two large televisions, one in the kitchen and one in the lounge .There is a very large patio area. The lounge and the kitchen are both very big rooms .The house is modern and very attractive .
It is a no smoking house.
It is a spacious house, so you never feel too on top of each other!. The house is close to the station and bus stops and there is a very large drive way for off street car parking. The house which is detached is right by the downs if you like the countryside .Full time rent is £775 per calendar month Monday to Friday is £500. If you are someone who would be away a lot at weekends a price reduction could be made.. Looking for friendly warm reasonably tidy, and cleanperson with a good sense of humor because laughter is a good medicine.
