We have a large through lounge/dining room which leads out onto our garden. The kitchen has all amenities including, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
We have a shared bathroom with a bath/shower unit with a separate shared toilet.
We have unlimited fibre broadband throughout the house.
Our local train station is Woodmansterne with a short bus ride to Coulsdon South train station. The area is quiet with off street parking.
I am a professional female who lives with my grown up daughter and our much-loved very friendly Labrador dog. We are a fun friendly family.
I work full time Monday to Friday and my daughter attends College.
