The single bedroom is beautifully decorated. Brand new curtains, bed, cupboards and the room is all freshly painted.

There's an own sitting room which both lodgers will be able to have sole access to together.

Myself and the existing lodger are clean and tidy and would like to live with someone like-minded who is also clean and tidy also.

Broadband available however my existing lodger pays this bill alone so it may need be shared if you're looking to access this too
