We are renting out a Furnished Private Double Bedroom with adjoining private Living Room within our home.

We are situated in a semi-detached house in a quiet road just off Cranleigh High-street, a two-minute walk into the very centre of the village.

You will have shared use of a modern kitchen, bathroom & large garden.

We can also provide a fridge, toaster, kettle & microwave for your private living room.

We are a husband and wife couple in our 50’s who are young at heart and now our children have left home, are looking for someone to utilise our extra un-used living spaces.
