Located in our quiet and peaceful garden it has independent access to the annex. We are situated on Smithbrook kilns side of Cranleigh.
There is no real access to public transport so recommend a car. Parking for 1 vehicle.

Access to the garden and the garden can lead to beautiful country walks.

Lounge area has large sofa, TV with sky set up.
Kitchen area has fridge/ freezer, kettle & toaster, microwave and air fryer. Small table and chairs.

Bedroom has double bed, dressing table, chest of draws and double wardrobe.
Suitable for professional male or female. Wifi and bills included.

The right person must be okay with dogs see have a medium sized labradoodle.
