King room to rent in Cranleigh mon-fri in 2 bed ground floor flat, 10 minute walk to the town centre, quiet block with only 5 other flats (bills included in price)

King size divan bed and mattress included, no other furniture provided. Desk and rail in picture will be removed prior to moving in.

I am a live in landlord, 35 year old professional female, I have 2 lizards which are in the shared living room/kitchen in vivariums. One large shared bathroom, large open plan living room/kitchen. I work full time, 2 jobs, 3 days a week working from home.

There are 3 visitor parking spots outside the flats for parking directly outside the block, if these are taken there are always more spaces outside the block next door

I am looking for a like minded, clean and tidy professional female for the room, I live a quiet life and am out quite a lot to see friends and family, the add stayes 5 days a week but 7 days a week would be considered depending on circumstances with work etc

Full transparency I am starting the process of putting the flat on the market so do not have a set tenancy time, it could be months or over a year just depending on how long the selling process takes.
