This room has a full size living room and office that is private as well as the bedroom space. It is larger than a normal studio flat, however the kitchen and bathroom are shared with the other housemates, although they are often not in the property and stay elsewhere.

The location is very convenient to Aldershot, Farnham and the M3 with both downs having direct train links to London Waterloo.

It comes fully furnished and all bills are included in the rent.

The kitchen is large with a separate living area and a stunning cooker also with its own patio and garden area. Everything is fitted to a high standard.

There is off street parking for one car per housemate.

Please note, this is a sub-let. I am moving abroad for a year and looking for someone to take over my room while I am away. It would be perfect for anyone that wants to live out of town . Or even someone that lives in the city that would want a country retreat.

So please be aware that I will want to be moving back in when I return.
