Hello, I have a beautiful large double room in a house in Croydon University Hospital area, available for a female, male or a couple ( gays friendly home). 

THE ROOM:

The room is large and fully furnished with a comfortable double mattress/bed, a bedside table, two  wardrobes, chest of drawers and a TV. The floor is laminated , and the room have a big windows which have blackout blinds on them, as well as thinner curtains. You will have a bathroom just shared with one person-

THE HOUSE:

The house is modern, clean, and spacious. It has three bedrooms and two toilets, includes a washing machine, a lovely private garden, a big and fully-equipped kitchen.

Smoking is not allowed in the room (or anywhere inside the house).

THE AREA:

The house is located in  an area in the borough of Croydon. It is a 15 minute walk from west Croydon train 

station, and East Croydon train station which has frequent trains with connection  to London Bridge and London Victoria ,Reigate, East Croydon, as well as Overground trains to Shoredich, Dalston, Canada Water, Norwood junction etc.  Nine  minutes walking to Croydon University Hospital, and 9 minutes walking to Ampere Way tram stop. There are bus stops 30 seconds-2 minutes from the house, with excellent transport links to East/West Croydon, Crystal Palace, Brixton,  Sydenham, Totting station,  Mitcham, St George's hospital, Purley train station,  waddon station, Addiscombe tram stop, Elmers End, Purley Hospital,  Whitgift centre,  Thornton Heat,  etc

There are small shops just outside the house, off licences, takeaways food ,  five minutes away from  big shopping area with a big Sainsbury's, an Iceland, Ikea, Vue Cinema, TK Max and many other shops, is a five minute bus ride away or 10/15 minutes walking.
