Room to rent in a Beautiful flat in Croydon.

I’m Ella. I love my flat and have been lucky enough to have some wonderful flatmates over the years who have gone on to become good friends.

I would love to find another girl as it’s a girlie flat. Someone clean, tidy and respectable. I like to have my own space / time but equally enjoy to share a bottle of wine and have a catch up on the sofa sometimes.

Into healthy living and keeping fit and active.

The flat is delightful. It’s a small but double room I’m renting and comes with it’s OWN bathroom. Its a very bright and cosy flat.
The neighbours are amazing and we sometimes have Sunday brunch mornings together. Lovely group of young people in the block.

Walking distance to east Croydon.
Lots of on street parking.
Big parks super nearby.
Walking distance to local shops/coffee shops and supermarkets.
Walking distance into Croydon town centre.

I’m looking for £700 per month and that’s ALL bills included. For the right person I could lower this slightly.
