-We are looking for someone between LATE 20s to mid 50s who could fit in with no problem. The person should respect our house, be minimalist, easy going, quiet, Extremely Clean, Extremely Tidy, reliable, “mature attitudes to life”.

-Everyone keeps the house in perfect condition by cleaning after themselves in the communal areas and keep their bedroom clean and tidy. Plus, we would prefer tenants to not wear outdoor shoes in the house. The full cleaning of the house is done once week by the landlord.

**Also, we are cat lovers and have very well behaved, extremely clean house cats. It’s important to us that you Like Cats as well**

-We have excellent transportation links from b. uses, to trains and tram. Central Croydon is only a short distance walk away. Good transport to London too. Bus stops next the house are: (50-468-75-157) Mayday hospital is only 15 minutes walk away.
