I am renting a single and double room in our house.
We are very well located 12 min away from East Croydon Station. The house is very well maintained, clean, tidy and peaceful.
I'm looking for a calm and professional lady preferably (as the household is mainly females) who goes out to work.
You'll need to be clean and tidy.
The house has 3 rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, a living room and a big garden where we can play 5 a side if you like football or handball!
You will be sharing the house with a happy mother of 2 children which go to school.
Our previous flatmates were ladies from India, the Philippines, France, Brazil, Zimbabwe, Togo and the last one was a teacher from Spain! :-). We are an international home.
Single room:
Rent £550
