THE HOUSE-

There is an abundance of space in this house and retains many original features. have been retained There are three bathrooms, very large kitchen with dining area and a lounge set in the conservatory on the raised decking.

There is also a weekly cleaner who takes care of the communal areas. The house was recently refurbished to a high standard and unlike many houses shares the space in this house is exceptional. Transport links are great as South Croydon station is just around the corner and the city centre is a 10 min walk. There are also lots of local parks, shops and a host of places to eat right on your doorstep.
