Double room bills included

Hello everyone!

I've got a room available to rent in my house. All bills are included so the monthly rent is the only among payable each month. This includes 100mps fibre optic broadband.

The house is about a 15 minutes walk to East Croydon train station or a 5 minute bus ride (there is a bus stop right outside the house).

Living room: The living room is very spacious and I've got a 50 inch TV for watching Netflix!

Kitchen: There is loads of storage and a large fridge/freezer. There is also a table for eating.

Bathroom: The bathroom will only be used by you and one other person.

Flatmates: Currently there are just 2 of us in the house, myself (35 year old civil servant, and my partner 36 year old tech worker). We are both clean, tidy and laid back and looking for the same. We'd like a nice vibe in the house with other people who are happy to have a chat when in communal areas and who'd be up for an occasional board game evening or meal!

NB. I'm planning on starting a loft conversion in the next couple of months. The bedroom is on the ground floor, and the loft conversion will take place on the 2nd floor so there should be minimal disruption but during the period the loft conversion is taking place, I plan to reduce the rent to £500 per month until the work is completed (approx 8 weeks).
