We have a 1 bed flat available for £1030.
Guardians are responsible for utilities nut council tax included. The flats are unfurnished, so you will have to provide your own bed and wardrobe facilities, but the kitchen is fully equipped.

We are a property guardian company, so you will be living in the property under a monthly license agreement. This means that your notice period is a minimum of 28 days.

We prefer to accept working professionals, 21 and over– no children or pets are allowed in the building.

We will require the following documentation from you:

• 3 months’ previous bank statements OR
• 3 months’ previous pay slips
• A copy of your passport OR photo ID
• A character or employment reference
* DBS check

We require the following payments from you to secure a room:

• 1 month rent upfront
• 1 month deposit
