Live in Guardians is pleased to present this beautiful block of flats.

We have two 1 bed flats available for £1000 & £1100.
Guardians are responsible for utilities. The flats are unfurnished, so you will have to provide your own bed and wardrobe facilities, but the kitchen is fully equipped.

We are a property guardian company, so you will be living in the property under a monthly license agreement. This means that your notice period is a minimum of 28 days.

We prefer to accept working professionals, 21 and over– no children or pets are allowed in the building.

We will require the following documentation from you:

• 3 months’ previous bank statements OR
• 3 months’ previous pay slips
• A copy of your passport OR photo ID
• A character or employment reference
* DBS check

We require the following payments from you to secure a room:

• 1 month rent upfront
• 1 month deposit

Please note that if you are not in full time employment with a permanent contract and a guaranteed minimum number of hours, we will request that you provide a guarantor
