I’m looking for someone to replace me (urgently available ASAP - End of November).
There are two separate great sized-double rooms available (both have all bills included including WiFi). Not available to couples/children.

Room (£1000) 1 is fully furnished (King-Sized Bed/Mattress/Bedside Table/LARGE fitted wardrobe).

Room 2 (£800) is partially furnished (See photos - to be taken as is).

Both rooms have lots of natural light in the day.

The House:
There is currently one flatmate (female), the house is nice and quiet, and suited to working professionals.
There is a shared kitchen with a dining table, and a communal toilet, with a bath and a shower.
The house is well-insulated so it doesn’t get too cold during the current colder season.
The house has a washer/dryer, dishwasher and a hoover.
There aren’t any current LGBTQ+ occupiers but all are welcome.

The Landlord doesn’t live at the property but is very kind and communicates well.

The area:
There is a bus stop directly across the road for busses to East Croydon train station within 15 minutes, and other bus stops 2 mins away for other areas in Croydon.
South Croydon train station is a 15-20 minute walk away.
Both stations have frequent trains into Central London.
The nearest convenience store is a Tesco Express, a 10-minute walk away.

- Employment/Landlord reference
