Double room for rent

very quite area, close to all public transport, shops ect. use of all facilities in kitchen and bathroom, room has small double bed & wardrobes with drawers very close to croydon or sutton i do have pets so must like cats would like somebody respectable and reliable with regards to paying rent money on time and respect of others in the house and i will want to see references before you move in please, no heavy drinkers and no smoking & would like someone that is working, or a student ! we are both very friendly and easy to get on with & there is parking near the house, if interested then just send me a txt
