Avondale Road is in a great location, near to town and stations yet sufficiently far enough away to be able to enjoy the tree lined road and beautiful local parks.

The current house mates are great. All professionals who like to get together for a catch-up, treat the house like a home, but, most importantly are respectful of each other. I'm looking for someone who will be a good fit and appreciate the house.
