the house are all very friendly, speak English and come from a mix of different
ethnic backgrounds.
There are many amenities close by including shops, restaurants and pubs/ bars
all within ~10minutes walk with Croydon Shopping centre and East Croydon just 5
minutes by tram. Central London & the West End are ~30 minutes away by train.
Four weeks rent as a deposit and 1months rent in advance are required for the
room.
The room is for a 1 year contract and for single occupancy only.
