I have a well-maintained double room available in my 2-bedroom flat in Camberley.

The bright double room features a comfortable double bed and ample clothing storage. The bathroom is shared, and bedding, linen, and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen allows for convenient meal preparation, and high-speed wireless broadband keeps you connected. Secure off-road parking is available for your peace of mind, and it is essential to keep common areas clean and tidy.

I am ideally seeking a responsible, respectful, clean, and tidy professional lodger who is employed full time. Unfortunately, no couples, children, or pets are allowed to maintain a peaceful and focused environment. A female lodger is preferable.

Strictly no smoking is permitted.

The property is available for 3-6 months. PLEASE NOTE I will need the room free for ten days due to a booking. Date i will need it free 20th - 30th June.
