Quiet, Furnished, Redecorated room with King bed

A room in a lovely quiet house for somebody who would like a peaceful quiet home to relax in. Sharing with only myself.

The room is fully furnished with a very comfortable king size bed, large wardrobe and storage space. It has been redecorated in neutral tones.

I like to keep the house clean and tidy so I'm looking for someone similarly clean and tidy.

Would suit somebody who is generally out during the day midweek as I work from home. I'm often out midweek evenings so you would have the house to yourself when you come home.

The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, gas cooker etc. The rent includes a weekly change of bedlinen. There is a bath with power shower over. Hot water is instant.

Bills are equally split. I'm a light user. Budget approx. £125.

There are pleasant walks nearby if you like nature. It's a really nice area. You can park a car at the front.
