Private double room in peaceful location

We are a couple seeking a housemate. We are advertising a double bedroom that overlooks the garden. It's a Victorian property with a log burner and plenty of charm. We're a 15 minute walk or a 2 minute drive to the train station that connects you to London.

Theres a bathroom, kitchen, dining room and lounge which are all separate shared spaces. Theres a large garden with log cabin for extra chill out space too. You're welcome to view the house with the rest of the rooms in person should you like the look of the room.

There is a huge open green out front so no passing traffic and plenty of peace. There are public footpaths so you can start a walk from the front door, free exercise equipment and local pubs within walking distance too.

We're looking for a housemate with a chilled nature. If you're wanting somewhere peaceful to live then here might be an option for you.
