Council tax included.
Shared kitchen area.
MUST be clean and tidy.
Rent paid by standing order each month. Late payment will lead to immediate termination of rental.
If tenant would like to stay longer after 6 months, this could be negotiated.
Landlord stays twice a week only so you will have flat to yourself a lot of the time.
No overnight visitors.
