There’s a bus stop outside the property with direct buses to Dorking’s mainline station.

The house has a kitchen/dining room, sitting room and conservatory, and a peaceful, south facing garden and patio.

The bedroom is newly furnished with a bed, under bed drawers, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. The bedroom is kept dog-free.

The available room has use of the main bathroom which has a bath and shower. This is shared with the other tenant who is clean and tidy.
